PAC-06-A-003-S 16 JAN 06 (SAR) ELMENDORF CAP
Mission opened in response to SARSAT reports of an ELT 45nm SE. of McGrath. The Elmendorf (EDF) CAP was tasked and responded with a search aircraft which searched for the ELT, but were unable to locate the source due to the signal ceasing prior to their arrival in the search area. The EDF CAP flew one sortie for 3.0 hours. No credits awarded.

PAC-06-A-005-S 22 JAN 06 (SAR) KENAI CAP
Mission opened in response to SARSAT reports of an ELT in the Soldotna area. Kenai CAP (ENA CAP) was tasked and responded with a ground search team, which located and silenced the non-distress ELT in a Soldotna residential garage. The ENA CAP ground team searched for 7.0 hours and claimed $25.00 for expenses. No credits awarded.
