MSN 053 01 Mar 95 (SAR) BETHEL CAP
Mission opened to search for an overdue aircraft inbound for Aniak. Bethel CAP launched an aircraft which was later recalled when the missing aircraft was located on the ground at Aniak. Bethel CAP flew 1 sortie for 0.6 flying hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 054 2 Mar 95 (AST ASSIST) TOK CAP
Mission opened when the Alaska State Troopers (AST) requested assistance in the search for two overdue snowmobilers bound for Seven Mile Hill. Tok CAP launched an aircraft which located the two individuals. An AST ground team recovered the individuals back to Tok. Tok CAP flew 1 sortie for 1.8 flying hours and was awarded ONE SAVE for this mission.

MSN 055 3 Mar 95 (SAR) EIELSON CAP
Mission opened to search for an ELT in the Fairbanks area. Eielson CAP dispatched a ground crew which located and silenced the signal in a hangar at Fort Wainwright. The ground crew searched for 2 hours and claimed $15 in expenses for this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 057 6 Mar 95 (SAR) 210 RQS, EIELSON CAP
Mission opened to search for an ELT near Minchumina Lake. Eielson CAP and the 210th RQS launched aircraft to conduct the search. Eielson CAP located and silenced the signal in a parked aircraft at Nenana Airport. Eielson CAP flew 3 sorties for 5.1 flying hours and the 210th flew 1 sortie for 2.2 flying hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 060 11 Mar 95 (AST ASSIST) KOTZEBUE CAP
Mission opened when AST requested assistance in the search for an overdue snowmobiler in the Kobuk area. Kotzebue CAP launched an aircraft which was later recalled when an AST ground team recovered the missing snowmobiler. Kotzebue CAP flew 1 sortie for 1.5 flying hours for this mission.

MSN 061 11 Mar 95 (AST ASSIST) KOTZEBUE CAP
Mission opened when AST requested assistance in the search for an overdue snowmobilers in the Selawik area. Kotzebue CAP launched an aircraft which located the tracks of the missing individual and relayed them back to AST. An AST ground team followed the tracks and located the overdue snowmoblier. Kotzebue CAP flew 7 sorties for 8.0 flying hours and was awarded ONE SAVE for this mission.

MSN 064 14 Mar 95 (SAR) EIELSON CAP
Mission opened to search for an ELT in the Nenana area. Eielson CAP launched an aircraft, which located and silenced the signal in a private residence on East Twin Lakes. The CAP unit flew 1 sortie for 2.7 flying hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 067 18 Mar 95 (SAR) KENAI CAP
Mission opened to search for an EPIRB in the Kenai Lake area. Kenai CAP launched an aircraft which located and silenced the signal in a vessel anchored in Seward. The CAP unit flew 1 sortie for 1.4 flying hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 068 19 Mar 95 (SAR) ELMENDORF CAP
Mission opened to search for an ELT in the Knik Glacier area. Elmendorf CAP launched two aircraft which were unable to locate the signal. RCC received 3 missed passes on the ELT and the signal ceases. The CAP unit flew 2 sorties for 40. hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 069 20 Mar 95 (SAR) BIRCHWOOD CAP
Mission opened to search for an ELT in the Palmer area. Birchwood CAP launched a ground search team who located and silenced the signal in a parked aircraft. The CAP unit searched for 1.9 hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 073 25 Mar 95 (SAR) BIRCHWOOD CAP
Mission opened to search for an ELT in the Wasilla area. Birchwood CAP launched an aircraft to locate the signal. The signal was tracked to the Birchwood airport where a ground team was sent to look. The signal ceased and was not located. The Birchwood CAP flew 1 sortie for 0.5 flying hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 075 27 Mar 95 (SAR) BETHEL CAP
Mission opened to search for an ELT in the Togiak area. Bethel CAP launched an aircraft which located and silenced the signal in a C-180 inside a fishery in Togiak. The CAP unit flew 3 sorties for 5.7 flying hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 076 28 Mar 95 (SAR) ANCHORAGE CAP
Mission opened to search for an ELT in the Anchorage area. Anchorage CAP was tasked to search for the ELT but did not find anything. RCC received 3 missed passes on SARSAT and the search was terminated. Anchorage CAP ground searched for 1.5 hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 077 29 Mar 95 (AST ASSIST) BETHEL CAP
Mission opened when AST requested assistance in the search for an overdue snowmobiler in the Bethel area. Bethel CAP launched 5 aircraft to conduct the search. The snowmobiler was located by CAP aircraft and recovered by a ground team . Bethel CAP flew 11 sorties for 16.7 flying hours. No SAVES or ASSITS were awarded.

MSN 078 29 Mar 95 (SAR) FAIRBANKS CAP
Mission opened to search for an ELT in the Fairbanks area. Fairbanks CAP sent a ground team which located and silenced the signal in a parked aircraft. The CAP ground team searched for 1.0 hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.

MSN 080 30 Mar 95 (USCG ASSIST) HOMER CAP
Mission opened to search for an EPIRB in the Kodiak area. Homer CAP launched an aircraft which located and silenced the signal in a vessel in Kodiak. The CAP unit flew 1 sortie for 1.2 flying hours on this NON-DISTRESS mission.
