MSN 377 5 Dec 95 (USCG ASSIST) HOMER CAP and 210th RQS
Mission opened to assist the USCG in locating an ELT in Homer. The Homer CAP sent out three ground teams while the 210th conducted an air search. The ELT was not found and subsequently ceased. The Homer CAP searched for 10.2 hors and claimed $35 in expenses. The 210th RQS flew 1 sortie for 0.8 hours. No SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this NON-DISTRESS mission.
MSN 378 7 Dec 95 (SAR) HOMER CAP
Mission opened in response to an ELT in Homer. The Homer CAP formed a ground team but the ELT ceased prior to the search. No SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this NON-DISTRESS mission.
MSN 379 9 Dec 95 (AST ASSIST) KOTZEBUE CAP
Mission opened to assist the Alaska State Troopers in searching for an overdue snowmoblier near Shishmaref. Kotzebue CAP responded and located the lost individual. Kotzebue CAP flew 2 sorties for 4.0 hours and was awarded ONE SAVE.

Mission opened to assist the USCG in searching for the source of an EPIRB in Seward. Seward CAP responded and located the EPIRB. Seward CAP searched for 2.5 hours and claimed no expenses. No SAVES or ASSITS were awarded for this NON-DISTRESS mission.
MSN 382 9 Dec 95 (AST ASSIST) KOTZEBUE CAP
Mission opened to assist the Alaska State Troopers in searching for an overdue elderly person in Kotzebue. Kotzebue CAP responded and located the lost individual who was transported to Selawik. Kotzebue CAP flew 3 sorties for 3.0 hours and was awarded ONE SAVE.

Mission opened to assist the Alaska State Troopers in searching for an ELT in the Fairbanks area. The Fairbanks CAP was tasked to respond and located the ELT in a hangar at Chena Marina. The ground team searched for 5 hours and claimed $10 in expenses. No SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this NON-DISTRESS mission.

Mission opened to assist the Alaska State Troopers in searched for an overdue snowmobiler. Kotzebue CAP responded and located the lost individual near Shungnak. Kotzebue CAP flew 2 sorties for 3.3 hours and was awarded ONE SAVE.

Mission opened to locate the source of an ELT in the Seward area. The Seward CAP was tasked to respond and shortly after getting airborne, the ELT ceased. Seward CAP flew 1 sortie for 0.9 hours and no SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this NON-DISTRESS mission.

Mission opened to locate the source of an ELT in the Seward area. The Seward CAP was tasked to respond and located the ELT in a vessel. Seward CAP searched for 0.7 hours and claimed $8 in expenses. No SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this NON-DISTRESS mission.
MSN 388 19 Dec 95 (SAR) BIRCHWOOD CAP
Mission opened to locate the source of an ELT in the Birchwood area. The 210th RQS diverted from an training exercise and traced the signal to Birchwood airport. The Birchwood CAP was then sent to locate the aircraft and shut off the ELT. 210th RQS flew 1 sortie for 0.5 hours and the Birchwood CAP searched for 0.2 hours and claimed no expenses. No SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this NON-DISTRESS mission
MSN 390 22 Dec 95 (SAR) POLARIS CAP
Mission opened to locate the source of an ELT in Anchorage. Polaris CAP and 210th RQS responded and located the ELT in an Army National Guard helo. 210th RQS flew 1 sortie for 1.3 hours and Polaris CAP flew 1 sortie for 0.4 hours. No SAVES or ASSITS were awarded for this mission.

Mission opened to locate the source of an ELT in Anchorage. Polaris CAP responded and located the ELT in a Supercub. Polaris CAP search for 5 hours and claimed no expenses. No SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this mission.
MSN 392 26 Dec 95 (AST ASSIST) KOTZEBUE CAP
Mission opened to assist the Alaska State Troopers in locating an overdue snowmobiler. Kotzebue CAP responded and located the person in a cabin waiting out the weather. Kotzebue CAP flew 3 sorties for 2.6 hours. ONE ASSIST was awarded for this mission.
MSN 393 28 Dec 95 (SAR) POLARIS CAP
Mission opened to locate the source of an ELT in Anchorage. Polaris CAP and 210th RQS responded and while searching, the ELT ceased. 210th RQS flew 2 sorties for 1.4 hours and the Polaris CAP ground team searched for 2.5 hours and claimed no expenses. No SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this mission.

Mission opened to locate the source of an ELT in Birchwood. Birchwood CAP responded and located the ELT in a Citabria near Birchwood Airport. The CAP unit searched for 4 hours and claimed $12 in expenses. No SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this mission.
MSN 396 29 Dec 95 (AST ASSIST) BETHEL CAP
Mission opened to assist the Alaska State Troopers in locating an overdue snowmobiler west of Bethel. Bethel CAP launched an aircraft and sent out a ground team who located the overdue person. Bethel CAP flew 1 sortie for 2.3 hours. No SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this mission.
MSN 397 30 Dec 95 (AST ASSIST) BETHEL CAP
Mission opened to assist the Alaska State Troopers in locating an overdue hiker. Bethel CAP launched an aircraft and was unable to locate the hiker. AST required no further assistance. Bethel CAP flew 1 sortie for 1.2 hours. No SAVES or ASSISTS were awarded for this mission.
