Don't miss the Annual Wing
Conference and Awards Banquet |
The 2009 Annual Conference celebrating 61 years of CAP in
Alaska
will be held at the Millennium Hotel on Spenard Rd. This years conference will begin Thursday evening
October 15th with a pre-conference fund raising event, and will
conclude on Sunday October 18th.
All Squadron Commanders are expected to be in
attendance, or get a representative approved by the Wing Commander
to attend in your place.
Rooms are available at Billeting on Elmendorf AFB at
$39 per night; please complete the bottom portion of the
registration form if you would like to stay on base. If you would
like Millennium room rates or reservations information, contact them
directly at 243-2300, or 1-800-544-0553 or online at
www.millenniumhotels.com. There is no Conference code discount.
Please send payment for the banquet with your registration form no
later than 6 October. Your prepayment will help us keep down the
long lines at the door as we will have a prepaid entrance. If you
plan on paying at the door you will still need to RSVP as we have to
provide a head count for the chef and pay for each head. Please
bring exact change or write a check. Feel free to contact the Alaska
Wing Headquarters at 1-800-478-5001 with any questions! |
